PayEmail (“PayEmail”) which is owned by WPPlugin LLC operates the website payemail.net. It is PayEmail’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

Google Data

As part of our Services and add-ons you may grant PayEmail access to data available within Your Google accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of any information on Your Google account, including through Google’s Gmail application or other Google applications you use, conforms to local laws, and in particular, complies with regulations related to the collection, use, distribution and storing of Personal Data.

We only transfer the minimum amount of data elements required to facilitate a payment with your payment provider on your behalf.

Google Data will not be shared with any third party except to provide you customer service, to facilitate the sending of emails, the operation of running web servers and storage of website data to a server,  to facilitate the services and with the user-linked payment provider you have selected and consented for us to connect with in order to facilitate payments.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, PayEmail collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PayEmail’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PayEmail’s visitors use its website. From time to time, PayEmail may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

PayEmail also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. PayEmail only discloses logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
